This week at Pearly King Cafe.....Triple Chocolate Cake (see picture), Beetroot Seed Cake, Coconut Macaroons, and potentially some Blueberry Scones with Homemade Lemon Curd. Hot Chocolates all round I think as its gonna be a rainy one!

Popsicle

This Thursday at Pearly King wrap your mouth around a mango lassi mini milk, or an ice cream cookie sandwich. Even if its raining outdoors we can pretend its Summer inside!

Brownies

I was scared of making brownies as everyone seems to have an opinion on them. I overcame my fear with these, white chocolate and hazelnut ones. yum.

Testing Testing

Testing out recipes for Pearly King Cafe, as its less than a month until opening. This particular specimen definitely made the grade, roasted banana, toasted hazelnut and dark chocolate. Its not going to be hanging around the kitchen for long.

First Birthday at Love From Random

To celebrate one year of trading at Love From Random, I made a fairly serious chocolate and crunchie cake, which went down suprisingly well with the babycham and instore tombola.
