This Week....

This week at Pearly King Cafe.....Triple Chocolate Cake (see picture), Beetroot Seed Cake, Coconut Macaroons, and potentially some Blueberry Scones with Homemade Lemon Curd. Hot Chocolates all round I think as its gonna be a rainy one!

Popsicle

This Thursday at Pearly King wrap your mouth around a mango lassi mini milk, or an ice cream cookie sandwich. Even if its raining outdoors we can pretend its Summer inside!

Brownies

I was scared of making brownies as everyone seems to have an opinion on them. I overcame my fear with these, white chocolate and hazelnut ones. yum.

Testing Testing

Testing out recipes for Pearly King Cafe, as its less than a month until opening. This particular specimen definitely made the grade, roasted banana, toasted hazelnut and dark chocolate. Its not going to be hanging around the kitchen for long.
